# Shopify Analytics

The **Analytics** page helps merchants understand how shoppers search the catalog. It opens with the last 30 days selected.

## Filters

Use the page controls to filter data by:

- Date range
- Language code

Date presets include 7, 30, 60, and 90 days. The language filter is useful for multilingual catalogs or stores serving multiple Shopify markets.

## Current Reports

### Top Queries with No Results

## How to Use This Data

- Improve synonym and merchandising rules for high-volume queries
- Identify catalog gaps for common no-result searches
- Check whether recent imports reduced no-result volume
- Compare multilingual behavior by filtering language codes
- Review document-search demand when support, sizing, or policy documents are indexed

!!!tip
Top no-result queries are often the fastest way to find missing products, weak attribute mapping, or search terms that need synonyms.

For measuring theme or product discovery changes beyond in-app query reports, see [A/B Testing Results](/shopify/analytics/AB-testing/). A/B Testing is an advanced Google Cloud workflow, not a standard in-app Analytics report.
