# Default Setup

Google Cloud's Discovery AI for Retail offers two types of serving configrations, Search and Browse and Recommendations AI. Each new Google Cloud catalog project contains two default configurations, one for each type:

Search and Browse

Recommendations AI

default_search

recently_viewed_default

Retail Cloud Connect uses the default_search serving configuration for both search and category pages.

# Recommendations AI

Each Recommendations AI model can be associated with one serving configuration, but you can apply multiple Serving Controls.
