Shopify Billing
Recurring and usage-based Retail Cloud Connect charges are billed every 30 days through the merchant's Shopify invoice.
Selecting a Plan
Use the Billing page to choose the plan for the Shopify store.
When a plan is selected, the app opens Shopify's billing confirmation in a new tab. The plan is active after Shopify confirms the charge.
If the store does not have an active plan, the app setup checklist marks Billing as incomplete until a plan is confirmed.

Reviewing Current Usage
The dashboard Billing and Usage card shows:
- Current plan name
- Total catalog SKUs
- Search & Collection request usage
- Recommendations prediction usage
- Seven-day usage charts for Search & Collection and Recommendations
The Billing page lists plans available for the current store, taking catalog size and managed-store eligibility into account.
Changing or Canceling a Plan
Use the Billing page to select a different plan. Shopify confirms billing changes before the new plan takes effect.
Canceling the billing plan stops future catalog imports and disables search, browse, and recommendations on the storefront.
