It means once you've installed Retail Cloud Connect from the Shopify App Store, our team handles everything else: configuring the AI Commerce Search integration, applying our UX best practices to your Search and Collection pages, and theme-matching everything to your existing brand. You review the result on a preview theme and approve it before anything goes live.

What happens to the $500 onboarding fee if I go live?

If you love the results and publish the new theme, we credit the full $500 back against your Retail Cloud Connect App Usage. The fee protects our team's time if the project doesn't move forward, and it disappears as soon as it does — so a successful launch effectively costs you nothing extra on top of normal app usage.

Do I need to give Nimstrata admin access to my Shopify store?

No. We work as a Shopify collaborator with scoped permissions. We build on a preview theme without ever touching your live storefront. You stay in full control of when and how the new experience goes live.

How long does the whole process take?

Your preview theme is ready within 72 hours (3 business days) of granting collaborator access. After that, the only variable is how long you need to review and approve before going live. Most stores publish the same week.

What happens after we go live?

We all monitor performance, push updates as Shopify and our search platform release new features, and remain available to help with merchandising rules and ongoing tuning. You also get access to the same merchandising console our enterprise customers use.

Can I make changes to the theme after launch?

Yes. The new theme behaves like any other Shopify theme — you can edit it in the theme editor, change the look and feel, and ship updates as you normally would. Retail Cloud Connect is installed as App Blocks and Storefront APIs, so it stays compatible with theme changes.

I've already installed the app — what's left to do?

A lot of the value comes from how the app is configured. This paid implementation covers the configuration we'd otherwise leave to you: designing the Search and Collection page layouts for conversion, theme-matching the UI to your brand, and setting up merchandising rules.
